connection is offline, does that mean I can't receive
any calls on my TALKSCAPE™ VoIP service?
A. As all technology is subject to faults
(even regular phones) we recommend that you maintain at
least one regular phone line for incoming calls which
can also be used for outgoing calls in case of an internet
outage.
