A DID number is a regular phone number such as 02 8502xxxx which any person can call from a normal phone and which will make it's way to your VoIP service.

Traditionally, most VoIP users are interested in VoIP for the savings on outbound calls however some may have a need to receive calls to their VoIP service.

Currently, there are DIDs available in Melbourne & Sydney with other cities available on request.

We also can provide a number of international DIDs. This may be very useful if you want to provide a local number in the USA, UK or anywhere else so that your customers/prospects in those countries can call you for just a local call cost.
